Refunds and Returns Policy
We test all of your products before dispatch them and we make sure we use quality materials.
We also manually inspect each board using a magnifier and a test board.
We clean flux residues to avoid any shortage in long term and/or oxidation.
We pay extra attention to protect the product for shipping, this means that we will send your order in a convenient packaging solutions such a bubble wrap envelope or card box.
Have some patient and read the full product page to check the author information, wiring diagram, github link, tutorials, how to guides, extra important information, etc.
If you still can’t figure out how to attach a PCB to your machine please contact us we will make sure to offer you some guidance.
We can also fail and sometimes mistakes can happen and under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if the goods a clients bought are faulty.
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
If you cancel the order please bare in mind that we will refund you the total amount minus the transaction fees.
The transactions fees are money captured by the payment gateway and for that reason we can’t send back money that we don’t have.
In case you want to return an item please keep in mind that you should bare the costs to send it back to us. Every order is custom made to that specific client.
After checking and testing the items we will refund you via the same payment method for the sum amount of the goods, we won’t refund the transaction fees and shipping costs.
If the items arrive damaged or with clear signs of usage we won’t refund you.
The “Standard International” shipping method is uninsured and for that reason we won’t refund for lost items, delays, forwarding, failure of service, further acts like resending, etc. If you want extra insurance please select “DHL Parcel”.
